All ERA77 members must comply with the following platform usage rules at all times:

• After 90 days of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of RM5.00 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, may be charged.
• Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 365 days may be automatically closed by era77.
• All bonuses and promotional credits in inactive accounts will expire and be voided after 30 days of inactivity.
